Leadership
The people accountable for what we promise, and for what happens when a vessel is alongside at three in the morning.
From the desk of the CEO
Built on Transparency. Growing Through Compliance.
When I founded Lunar Maritime Solutions, I had seen enough of how international maritime and energy deals fall apart: opaque counterparties, undocumented claims, and shortcuts on compliance that cost everyone time and money. I decided LMS would be the opposite of that.
Transparency comes first. Our clients know who they are dealing with, what we can deliver, and what we cannot. We put our compliance program — KYC, AML, sanctions screening, vendor due diligence — in front of every transaction, because that is what banks, refineries, charterers, and government buyers rightly demand. Compliance-driven growth is slower some quarters. It is also the only kind that lasts.
We build long-term partnerships, not one-off trades. The supplier we qualify this year is the partner who delivers for our client for the next ten. And we are committed to the bigger picture: supporting maritime and energy infrastructure in the markets that need it most — the Americas, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East — lawfully, responsibly, and with both feet on the ground here in Houston.
The global maritime market is full of opportunity for companies that do things right. That is the company we are building.

How we operate
What compliance actually means on an account
Not a policy page nobody reads — four things that happen before we quote.
Know your counterparty
We verify who we're dealing with before we trade. That protects your cargo, your charter, and your own compliance position.
Sanctions screening
Vessels, owners, and destinations are screened. In tanker and chemical trades this is the difference between a routine call and a seized cargo.
Vendor due diligence
The suppliers behind our quotes are checked too. A certificate is only worth the company that issued it.
Documented, always
Signed delivery notes, certificates travelling with the goods, and one clean invoice. Nothing that can't be evidenced later.
Tell us what your vessel needs
Send a requisition, a cargo enquiry, or a charter requirement. We'll come back with a priced, deliverable answer — not a brochure.
